While some martial arts schools spend 20-30 minutes having their students do everything from running laps, to bear crawls, and everything in between (and that’s fine if that’s their system) – we do not. We are here to train you to defend yourself. With all of the kicks, punches, and ground work, you will do, you will however, leave class sweating. You will likely experience soreness as well. Many students have seen their bodies transform as an added benefit to learning life changing skills!
